1.Main question raised in this application relates to the environment highlighting

the concretization around trees happening in various areas of the city of

Udaipur in the State of Rajasthan in violation of the „Guidelines for Greening of

Urban Areas and Landscape‟ issued by the Ministry of Urban Development

dated 21.07.2000 and Order of the Tribunal in OA No. 126 of 2013 (Vijay Saini

v. State of Rajasthan).

2.The guidelines issued on 21.07.2000 by MoUD, provides maintaining optimum

green space in urban areas as follows :-
