Even though in the original prayer clause there are several prayers,

including punishment for offences under Sections 26 and 28 of the NGT

Act, 2010, which prayers are maintainable before the concerned

Magistrate and not before the Tribunal, learned counsel for the applicant

makes an oral prayer to delete the said prayers so as to limit the mater to

the execution of order dated 08.07.2020, requiring the Municipal

Council, Barmer, Rajasthan to enforce the Solid Waste management

norms and also to prevent discharge of untreated effluent and sewage in

to the water bodies.
