ORDER

1.Issue raised in this application is discharge of untreated sewage water

in the open land from Chhatrasal Housing Colony, Baghraj Ward,

Sagar, adversely damaging agriculture crops and contaminating the

underground water, causing health problem in residents and damage to

the crops of the applicant.

2.The matter was taken uo by this Tribunal on 22.10.2022 and a Joint

Committee was constituted to submit the factual and action taken
