ORDER

1.O.A. No. 218 of 2017 was filed by the applicant against the grant of consent

to establish to the 5^th respondent who had obtained the environment

clearance for establishment of their units and Appeal No. 90 of 2017 was

also filed by the same applicant against the grant of environment clearance

to the 5^th respondent unit for a new Bio-medical waste treatment facility.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the

applicant/appellant submitted that both these application and appeal can be

disposed of leaving open the right of the applicant/appellant to apply afresh

for establishment of bio-medical waste treatment facility, if ultimately on the

basis of the study, State of Andhra Pradesh decided to launch more such

facilities in that area.
