The complainant further States that as part of the amicable settlement reached on 24 July, 2018 between the parties before Enquiry Officer of the Authority, the non-complainants furnished four post dated cheques all dated Lily SS 15.10.2018, to refund the deposited amount of Rs. 48,90,652/-. 37 Ne However, when these cheques were presented to the bank, only two heques, i.e., cheque No. 109591 for Rs. 65,803 and cheque No. 09593 for Rs. 84,631 got encashed on 22.10.2018. The other two cheques, i.e., cheque No. 109590 for Rs. 21,29,523 and cheque No.109592 for Rs. 26,10,695 were dishonored and returned
