Brief facts of the case are: that the complainant filed an
application unde r section 31 of Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act')
alleging that initial booking for the impugned unit was made in
September, 2012. A buyer's agreement was executed on
t9.1.0.2013 againr;t consideration of Rs. 36,09,211/-. The applicant
