They have stated that UIT has granted completion certificate for right side of the project in November 2017 and not yet permitted development of left side of the project. The project is registered with RERA and there has been no violation of section 12 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (hereinafter called ‘the Act’).
