The applicant Kumari Priya has filed the present

application and sought the relief of refund of amount with

interest under Section 31 read with section 7 L of the

Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation eLnd Development) Act,

2016 before the Adjudicating officer', Real Estate Regulatory

Authority in Form-'O'.

After filing the application, the non applicant was given

show cause notice to submit the reply so many times, but

returned undelivered with the remarks ,Left without

address'' As per postal track reporl., show cause notice was

delivered to respondent on 04,or .,.2020. Despite repry has

not been filed on beharf of the respondent. Then notice for

hearing again sent to both the pia"rties, but the same is
