No.RAJ-RERA-C-2019-2809 and Orsare being disposed of by a common order. The copy of the orders be annexed in respective files. The factual matrix of the cases is that respective allottees booked their units in the impugned project “Anandam Homes” village Mohalariya NH-8, Neemrana bearing registration No.RAJ-P- 2017-206 having validity of registration upto 18.08.2020 was being developed by the promoter respondent. The aforesaid project was being developed under “Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, 2015. ..) After the registration and remittance of some installments against booked units, complainants were dissatisfied that the physical progress of the project is not taking shape. Therefore, they filed their complaints for refund and_ interest thereupon and compensation. Various notices through respective files were sent to promoter respondent which were returned without service. A substitute service was allowed through publication — for complainants mentioned at S.No.1 to 11 and applicants collectively published notice in daily newspaper i.e. Punjab Kesari on dt. 03.04.2022 for the instant hearing. Despite publication of the notices in the said publication, none present for respondent before the Authority, therefore, learned Advocate on behalf of these complainants were heard ex-parte.
