It is reported that an allotment letter was issued on 13.05.2016 and under the clause- (5) of the said letter, possession of the unit was expected within 36 months. The complainant has deposited Rs. 5,44,552/- against Page 1 of 3 Comp. No. RAJ-RERA-C-2018-2564consideration of Rs. 26,41,149/-.
