The complainant has been allotted flat for consideration of Rs. 9,90,000/- and the payment made against the amount of consideration by the complainant is Rs. 1,10,880/-. The Page 1 of 4 Comp. No.RAJ-RERA-C-N-2022-5576Agreement for Sale has not been executed between the parties. Therefore the said deposit be treated as an advance money.
