An Agreement for Sale was executed on 22.05.2013 and delivery of possession was expected within five years and one year grace period from the date of the agreement i.e. 21.05.2019. Subsequent to registration of the project with the Authority, on request of the Promoter, the Authority has allowed subsequent extensions and lastly it is allowed up to 31.01.2026.
