In the hearing today, the applicant has reiterated the plea mentioned in the complaint, i.e., to give possession of flat with full amenities along with compensation as per clause 11 of the sale agreement, differential interest charges by bank on housing loan, refund of excess GST and rent claim of Rs.25,000 per month as there is a delay in completion of the project and facilities are not yet fully provided. She has taken a loan from the Bank and is paying EMIs as also rent. However, being not fully familiar with the law, she prays for the relief as permissible under the Real Estate (Regulation & Development)
