Issue notice.

Proceedings before the Rent Controller shall remain stayed

subject to the petitioner depositing before the said court

compensation for use and occupation of the premises in-question at

the rate of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) w.e.f. 1^st

January, 2015 onwards. Current deposits shall be made by 10^th of

every succeeding calender month.
