Leave granted.

The appellant is the respondent in a petition seeking divorce

filed by the respondent herein. The petition seeking divorce was

filed by the respondent in June, 2014. In the said petition, the

respondent filed I.A No.18 of 2019 and I.A. No.19 of 2019. The

Family Court rejected both the applications. The appellant filed

writ petition(s) before the High Court challenging the rejection of

the applications. The learned single judge allowed the applications

by order dated 07.09.2020. We may notice the following paragraph

which read as under:-

2.“…. Today learned counsel for respondent

submitted on instruction and also said to have

filed an affidavit to the extent that he has no

objection to produce documents. Moreover, in

the matrimonial cases, both the husband and
