The learned counsel appearing for the parties have

submitted that the parties are closely related so an

effort may be made to settle the dispute outside the

Court by referring the matter to the Bangalore Mediation

Centre, Karnataka.

The parties shall appear before the Bangalore

Mediation Centre on 24^th March, 2015, at 11.00 a.m., so as

to see that the dispute among them can be amicably

settled.
