UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

The Petitioner(wife) seeks transfer of the Divorce Case

filed by the Respondent (husband) pending in the Court at

Chandigarh to a Competent Court at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.

Ms. Manika Tripathy Pandey, the learned counsel submits

that the petitioner is residing in her parental home at Bareilly

and has no source of earning. She then submits that the petitioner

faces threat to her life as the respondent’s family is very

affluent and influential
