from 01.04.2015 till 31.03.2021 and also state/indicate in the
balance sheets any amount was receivable or due and payable by the

appellant and the respondent, respectively.
In case the respondent has taken benefit of Input Tax Credit
(ITC), the total quantum of the benefit taken and whether the
benefit includes the supplies which are disputed on account of
inferior/bad quality, will be indicated in the affidavit. Further,
the respondent shall state whether or not the transformers, which
were stated to be of inferior/bad quality, have been used/utilized
by the respondent.
The affidavit alongwith the required documents/balance sheets
will be filed by the parties within a period of six weeks from
today.
