UNION OF INDIA – Appellant
Versus
PARASURAM VERMA – Respondent

Advocates:
B. KRISHNA PRASAD

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION

CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 1861 OF 2013

UNION OF INDIA Appellant(s)

VERSUS

PARASURAM VERMA Respondent(s)

O R D E R

We have heard Ms. Vibha Datta Makhija, learned Senior Counsel

appearing for the appellant-Union of India.

We have been taken through the judgments of the trial Court as

well as of the High Court. We find that the High Court, after

appropriately analyzing the evidence, has drawn correct

conclusions.

Hence, we do not find any reason to interfere with the

judgment dated 28.05.2012 passed by the High Court of Judicature

at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench.

Accordingly, we find no merit in the criminal appeal and the

same is dismissed.
