Delay condoned.

The special leave petitions are dismissed.

We also consider it proper to mention that the dismissal of

these special leave petitions will not come in the way of the

respondents in challenging the impugned order and in particular the

finding rendered by the High Court while interpreting Rule 8 of The

Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and

Development) Act which is apparently against the respondents and

also another finding recorded by the High Court with regard to the

recovery of the defaulted amount in question.

The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to all

the respondents for their information.
