Leave granted.

This appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the

judgment dated 27th January, 2014 passed by the Division Bench of

the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Bench at Gwalior in Writ Appeal

No. 482/2013. By the impugned judgment, the Division Bench

affirmed the order of dismissal passed by the learned Single

Judge in Writ Petition No.4867/12 preferred by the appellant

challenging the Departmental Proceedings initiated against him

vide Memorandum dated 29th June, 2012.

The appellant during posting as Sub-Divisional Officer

(Revenue), Jabalpur in exercise of powers conferred under Section

57(2) of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959, he passed an

order dated 3.1.2009 in case No.18/A-6-A/2006-07 Smt. Munnibai

wife of Roop Chand Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh. By the said

order, the appellant conferred Bhumidhari rights in favour of the

applicant Munnibai
