O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to

withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is

allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue remedies of Writ

Petition before the High Court, if so advised.

In case, the petitioner is in the position to point out the

urgency, he has the liberty to move the High Court in vacation

subject to availability and convenience.
