O R D E R

Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the

petitioner to cure the defects as pointed out by the Registry,

failing which, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed

without further reference to the Court.

Any application for restoration shall be entertained only

after payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the Supreme

Court Legal Services Committee.
