UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1.
The petitioner, who is apparently a homemaker, seeks her
enlargement on regular bail in FIR No.914 dated 23.09.2021 under
Sections 420, 406, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
registered at Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Indore, M.P.
2.
It appears that there are seven more FIRs registered against
the petitioner and her husband. The broad allegations in all these

cases are that the petitioner and her husband have duped the
investors by inducing them to invest in the company named M/s.
Oxygen Lifeline Retail Private Limited, in which the petitioner and
her husband are stated to be the Directors. There are allegations
with regard to the violation of franchise agreements also.
3.
Petitioner was arrested on 13.05.2022 and is in custody since
then. We are informed that she is on bail in five out of seven
other cases registered against her.
4.
As regard to the case in hand, learned State counsel fairly
states that after filing of the chargesheet, the charges have
already been framed.
5.
Since the conclusion of trial is likely to take some time and
the petitioner has already spent more than a year in custody, it
appears to us that she can be released on bail at this stage.
6.
Consequently, without expressing any view on merits, the
petitioner is directed to be released on bail subject to her
furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
7.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
8.
All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
