Exemption from filing official translation is allowed.

This Transfer Petition is filed by the petitioner-wife seeking

transfer of a petition filed by the respondent-husband under

Section 10 of the Hindu Marraige Act, 1955 being HMP petition No.

A-1018/2020 titled as “ Shri Kunal Vs. Smt. Lisha” pending before

the Family Court at Nagpur, Maharashtra, to the Court of the

Principal Judge, Family Court at Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, there shall be a stay of further proceedings

in H.M.P. Petition A-1018 of 2020 pending before the Family Court

at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
