We have heard petitioner-in-person (Karri Vijay Krishna).

Delay condoned.

Prayers in this writ petition, filed under Article 32 of the

Constitution of India, are as follows:

“(i)

Issue the Directions/Orders to CBI or any

suitable investigation agency to Identify and

Investigate the Cases No.8 filed cases before the

District Courts/Visakhapatnam, the High Court/Andhra

Pradesh and Telangana Court Case Records filed for

Criminal Cases of 498-A, Divorce and Maintenance and

such Cases withdrawn or Orders given by recognizing

unauthorized documents as valid such as Case No.s

C.C.No 1363/2005 of Ist Additional Hon’ble Chief

Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Visakhapatnam and the

FCOP 55/2008 of the Family Court Visakhapatnam such

case filed to escape from the impersonation, Human

Trafficking under Adoption and Child Marriages and

Malpractice of Vakalathnama and Forgery of the

impersonated candidates of the Vakalathnama signed

person’s identity.

(ii)

Issue Orders/Directions to the CBI/Suitable

investigation agency to investigate the investments

made for Property, business and other purposes by

impersonating the child Marriage Victims Identity. And

investigate

about

the

illegal

Adoption

for

Impersonation of the Victims Legal Rights such kind of

human Trafficking.

(iii)

Issue Orders/Directions to the Respondent No.1

to frame the Standard Guidelines and create awareness

among the Citizens about the Signing Procedure of

Vakalthanama/ID Proofs with purpose to prevent the

Misuse without knowledge of the concern Person.

(iv)

Issue Orders/Directions to the Respondent No.1

to investigate and initiate Criminal Proceedings for

Malpractice of Vakalatathnama and Malpractice of dully

signed ID Proofs by adding the impersonated persons

thumb impression by Anti Law Practice. To initiate the

Criminal Proceedings against the Advocates/Others

involved in the Malpractice of Citizens Signed

Vakalathnama and the Students Signed Affidavit for the

Purpose of Scholarships renewal submitted before the

affiliated Educational institutions.

(v)

Issue Orders/Directions to the Respondent

Google to Compensate the Petitioner and his

family/others for Data Breach by misusing Market

Monopoly of Android Version for manipulating the Google

Terms and conditions and the Google Access Process of

Login and Logout session.

(vi)

Issue orders/Directions to the CBI or any

Suitable Investigation Agency to File FIR and Prosecute

the Google for conspiracy against the Supreme Court the

Court of Record. The Google fraudulently deleted the

Case Facts recorded by the Supreme Court of India in

the Said Supreme Court Matters in Writ Crl 100 of 2020,

Contempt Civil 680 of 2019 Annexed Evidence Documents
