UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

The Petitioner is in custody for more than 2 ½ years.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, we deem it appropriate to release the petitioner on bail. We

direct the release of the petitioner on bail subject to such

conditions to be imposed by the trial court.

The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
