Issue notice.

Notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2,

4-12 and 15 is accepted by Mrs. PS Shroff. Mr.

Prashant Bhushan accepts notice on behalf of

Respondent No. 3 and Mr. Davinder Singh accepts

notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 14, 16 and

17. Six weeks’ time is granted to file counter

affidavit. Three weeks’ time thereafter is

granted to file rejoinder affidavit. List these

petitions after nine weeks.

The other respondents may be served

through Registry as well as by dasti service

within four weeks.

Learned counsel for the parties are agreed

that the paper books in SLP (C) No. 1713/2000

shall be treated as a part of the paper books of

these petitions.

In the mean time the parties shall

maintain status quo as on today and shall not

take any major decision except the decisions to

carry on day-to-day functions.
