these petitions, the challenge is also to the order dated 23rd November, 2005,
partially modifying the order dated 27th October, 2005. It would be
appropriate if these petitions are adjourned to be heard along with S.L.P.
(C) No......./2005 (CC 10656/2005) and S.L.P. (C) No....../2005 (CC

On the issue of the shifting bus stand and/or the replacement of
fifteen years’ old buses, if the State Government feels that there are
any
genuine difficulties in implementation, the Government may move an
appropriate application before the High Court in the main matter and we
have no doubt that the High Court will examine the issue in the light of what
is brought before it by the Government and in the facts and circumstances of
the case. It may be noted that the petitioners before us are various transport
operators.
