The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon’ble Court on 06.1.2020 with Office

Report dated 11.12.2019 when the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :­

“Issue notice to respondent­M/s. Crystal Pharmaceuticals.

Additionally,   a   copy   of   the   notice   be   served   on   Mr.   V.P.S.

Duggal, advocate, who had appeared for the complainant before the

trial Court.

Notice is made returnable in two weeks.

To be listed in Miscellaneous List for direction.”

Accordingly,   show   cause   notice   was   issued   to   Respondent   No.3   viz.  ‘M/s   Crystal

Pharmaceuticals’ through Speed Post as well as through Mr. V.P.S. Duggal, Advocate, who had

appeared for the complainant before the trial Court.

It   is   submitted   that   unserved   envelope   containing   show   cause   notice   in   respect   of

Respondent No.3 viz. ‘M/s Crystal Pharmaceuticals’ has been received back with postal remarks

‘addressee left without instruction’.

It is further submitted that as per speed post track report (copy enclosed) show cause notice

issued to Complainant­Respondent No.3 viz. ‘M/s Crystal Pharmaceuticals’ through Mr. V.P.S.

Duggal,  Advocate,  who had appeared  for the complainant  before  the  trial  Court has been

delivered, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of said respondent so far.

It is again submitted that there are three respondents in the matter. Respondent No.1 has

expired. Respondent No.2/State of Haryana is represented by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate.

Certificate of Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal in respect of Respondent No.3

viz. ‘M/s Crystal Pharmaceuticals’ has been received from High Court with remarks “Served”, but

no one has entered appearance on its behalf so far.

It is lastly submitted that scanned Trial Court record in digital form is available in the Court

Room for reference of the Hon’ble Court.

The matter above mentioned was lastly listed before the Hon’ble Court on 20.1.2020 with

an Office Report dated 18.1.2020 when the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass the following

order :­

“Await service.

 List the matter in the third week of February, 2020.”

The appeal above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
