The matter above­mentioned was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 5^th April, 2010

when this Court was pleased to pass the following order:

“Heard learned counsel for the parties.

 Leave granted.

Order   dated   04.08.2009   granting   exemption   from

surrendering to the appellant to  continue during the pendency  of

the appeal”

It is submitted that Service of Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is complete

on the Sole Respondent/State of Tamil Nadu and the said Respondent/State is represented

by Mr. M.Y. Kanna, Advocate.  

It is submitted that Original Records from the High court as well as from the Trial

Court have been received and the same are available in Court Room for kind perusal of the

Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that for non filing of additional documents by counsel for the

parties when the matter was listed before the Court of Registrar on 21.02.2014 when the

following order was passed: 

“The ld. Counsel for the respondent states that

she does not wish to fil
