is granted.

In the meantime, as prayed, learned counsel

for the petitioner is permitted to file relevent

documents.”

There are two respondents in the instant matter and Show

Cause Notice was issued to the both the Respondents through

registered post A.D. on 19/05/2016.

It is submitted that Mr. S.S.Nehra, Advocate has filed

Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1 and has

on 15/11/2017 filed Counter Affidavit in form of paper books.

Copy of the Counter Affidavit has been placed with SLP paper

books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Abhisth Kumar, Advocate

has filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent

No.2/State and has also filed Counter Affidavit. Copy of the

same has been included in SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner

has not filed any relevent documents as per order quoted

above, so far.

It is lastly submitted the Mr. Sanjay Kr. Tyagi. Advocate

has filed memo of appearance for the state in place of

earstwhile advocate Mr. Abhisth Kumar.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble

Court with this office report.
