The  matter   above   mentioned   was   listed   before   the   Hon’ble   Court   on

15.03.2019 with an office report dated 06.03.2019 when the  Court was pleased to

pass the following order:

“List the matter on 11^th April, 2019.”

It   is   submitted   that   Mr.   Siddharth   Batra,   advocate   is   now   representing

Respondent No.1 and Counter affidavit already filed has been included in the paper

books.

 

 

 

 

 

It is further submitted that Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have been served but no

one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is complete.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed Rejoinder

Affidavit on behalf of the petitioners along with application for exemption from

filing official translation.   The same has been registered as I.A. No. 3031/2018.

Rejoinder affidavit has been included in paperbooks.

It   is   further   submitted   that   Counsel   for   the   Respondent   No.   1   has   on

12.04.2018   filed   additional   affidavit   with   annexures   alongwith   application   for

exemption from filing official translation with the permission of the Hon’ble Court

and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 54596/2018 and the same has been

included in the paper books.

 

It is lastly submitted that counsel for petitioner has not filed any documents as

per order dated 13.04.2018.

The  matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon’ble Court with this office

report.
