The   matter   above   mentioned   were   listed   before   the   Hon'ble

Court on 29^nd  April, 2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the

following order:­ 

“Respondent   no.   2­accused   is   alleged   to

have   collected   huge   deposits   from   the   public

and said to have cheated the public money to

the tune of Rs.592,15,12,439 etc.

Learned   counsel   appearing   on   behalf   of

the petitioners submits that respondent no. 2

has   cheated   more   than   Rs.1,000,00,00,000/­

(Rupees One thousand crores). It is also stated

that   the   charge­sheet   has   not   yet   been   filed

against respondent no.2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

State of Tamil Nadu is directed to file status

report   of   the   case   and   also   to   explain   the

reasons why the charge­sheet has not been filed

till date. The State of Tamil Nadu shall also

indicate   the
