This Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 24^th November, 2017 passed the following order

in the aforementioned appeal:

“Leave granted.

This appeal by special leave is directed against the judgment and

order dated 07.11.2014 passed by the Division Bench of the High

Court   of   Judicature   at   Allahabad,   in   Civil   Misc.   Writ   Petition

Nos.3103 of 2014 and in a batch of other writ petitions whereby the

High   Court   dismissed   the  writ   petition(s)   filed  by   the  appellants

herein.

The appeals filed by the similarly situated persons have already been

decided in favour of the appellants in the said appeal(s).  That apart,

the grounds assigned for condoning the delay have been sufficiently

explained.  Accordingly, we condone the delay. 

The present appeal shall stand disposed of in terms of the order dated

11^th August, 2007 passed in Civil Appeal Nos.10446­10447 of 2017

titled as  Gallant Ispat Limited  versus  State of Uttar Pradesh and

Others and other connected cases.”

It is humbly submitted that Civil Appeal Nos.10446­10447 of 2017 titled  Gallant

Ispat Limited  versus  State of Uttar Pradesh and Others  and other connected cases was

disposed of by this Hon’ble Court on 11^th August, 2017.  It is further submitted that in the

last paragraph of the order dated 24.11.2017 quoted above,  the date of disposal, i.e. 11^th

August, 2017’, of Civil Appeal Nos.10446­10447 of 2017 appears as ‘11^th August, 2007’.

The Office Report is, therefore, listed along with a copy of the Order dated 11^th

August,  2017   passed  in  Civil  Appeal  Nos.10446­10447  of  2017,  for  directions  of  the

Hon'ble Court.
