Office Report on default in the matter above­mentioned was listed

along with connected matters before the Hon'ble Court on 02.09.2019, when

the court was pleased to inter­alia pass the following order:

SLP (C) No. 14121/2018

Furthre   three   weeks'   time   is   granted   to   learned

counsel   for   the   petitioner   to   cure   the   defects   in   the

application for substitution to bring on record the leagal

representatives of deceased sole respondent, failing which

the appropriate orders shall be passed.”

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 16.07.2019 filed

an application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased sole

respondent having Diary No. 103625/2019 and the same was defective.

Instead of curing the defects in the above­said defective application,

counsel for the petitioner has on 12.09.2019 filed fresh application to bring

on record the LRs of deceased sole respondent which is barred by time by

311 days. She has also filed an application for seeking  exemption

from filing death certificate, an application for condonation of delay in

filing   substitution   application   and   an   application   for   setting   aside

abatement.   The   said   applications   are   registered   as   I.A.   Nos.   139929,

139933, 141524 & 139935 of 2019. Copy of the same has already been

included in the paper books.

The applications in the matter above­mentioned are listed before

the Hon'ble Judge­in­chamber for orders.
