The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

09.01.2020, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

“Let fresh notice to Respondent No.2 be issued

through the Court at Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh,

where the proceedings for divorce is pending,

returnable in four weeks.

Details of the Court concerned be furnished by

the counsel for the petitioner.”

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, upon furnishing the

details of the concerned Court, fresh show cause notice returnable for

07.02.2020 was issued to Respondent No. 2 through The Principal Judge,

Family Court, District-Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh by speed post on 14.01.2020.

It is further submitted that a compliance report dated 18.02.2020 has been

received from the The Principal Judge, Family Court, District-Azamgarh, Uttar

Pradesh by E-mail stating therein that notice was sent to the Respondent No.2

through Registered Speed Post alongwith tracking report of the postal

department. Copy of the compliance report is enclosed herewith for the kind

perusal of the Hon’ble Court.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete, but no one has entered

appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2, so far. Respondent No.1/State is

already represented by Ms. Srishti Singh, Advocate.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this

office report.
