listed before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers on 18.1.2018, when the Court was pleased to

pass the following Order :

“Delay of 337 days in refiling the special leave petition is condoned,

subject to petitioners’ depositing cost of Rs.2,000/ (Rupees two thousand only)

with the Supreme Court Secretarial Staff Welfare Association within a period of

four weeks from today.”

Thereafter, as Counsel for the petitioner has not deposited the cost of Rs.2,000/
