The   matter   above   mentioned  was  listed   before   the   Hon'ble

Court on 30^th  November, 2018 when the Court was pleased to pass

the following order: 

“Petitioner   and   respondent   No.2   are   directed   to

appear   before   the   Supreme   Court   Mediation   Centre   on

11^th December, 2018 at 11.00 a.m. 

The   Incharge,   Mediation   Center,   after   making   an

endeavour   for   amicable   resolution   of   the   disputes,

shall submit a report to this Court within a period of

four weeks.

List   the   matter   immediately   after   receipt   of

report from the Mediator.

It is submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above,

Supreme   Court   Mediation   Centre   has   forwarded   a   Settlement

Agreement,   vide   its   letter   dated   14^th  January,   2019,   which   is

enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It   is   further   submitted   that   Ms.   Swarupama   Chaturvedi,

Advocate has on 24^th  January, 2019 filed memo of appearance on

behalf of Respondent No.1/State in place of erstwhile Advocate

Mr. Kamlendra Mishra.

It is further submitted that the amount of Rs.10,00,000/­

(Rupees Ten Lakhs Only), deposited by Counsel for the Petitioner

in the Registry of this Court, in view of this Hon'ble Court’s

order dated 12^th October, 2018, is lying in non­interest bearing 

:2:

account.   Orders   are   solicited   for   keeping   the   said   amount   in

F.D.R. i.e. interest bearing account.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.  

The   matter   above   mentioned   is   listed   before   the   Hon'ble

Court with this office report.
