The matter aboved mentioned alongwith connected matters were listed before the

Hon’ble Court on 30.07 .2018, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

“Copy of the order is enclosed”

It is submitted that in compliance of the directions, Certified Copy of the order was

sent to the Committee ­GFIL, M/s Karvey Inventors Service ltd., Shri S.S. Rathore, The

Principal  Chief  Commissiojner of Income Tax, Delhi, Shri Sanjay Kumar Mishra, The

Principal   Chief   Commissioner   of   Income   Tax­4,   Delhi,   Shri   Anup   Kumar   Dubey,

Commissioner of Income Tax (OSD), Delhi and all the Collectors.

It is further submitted that Ms. Suruchi Agrawal, Advocate has on 10.08.2018 filed

Affidavit to the Counter Affidavits of (State of Punjab) and (State of Uttarakhand) and

Counter Affidavit on behalf of Committee. The same are circulated before the Hon’ble

Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Dhingra, Advocate has on 20.08.2018 with

the permission of the Hon’ble Court filed Supplementry Affidavit alongwith Annextures

and the same are circulated before the Hon’ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Jai Kishor Singh, Advocate has on 16.05.2018 filed

an application for intervention on behalf of Applicants which has been registered as

Interlocutory   Application   No.   75125   of   2018   and   Application   for   Direction   which   is

unregistered D.No. 75177 of 2018 and the same are place with the Paper Books.  

It is further submitted that Ms. Suruchi Aggarwal, Advocate has on 02.07.2018 filed

an application on behalf of the committee­GFIL for Directions which has been registered as

Interlocutory Application No. 87335 of 2018 and circulated before the Hon’ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anubha Agrawal, Advocate has on 03.07.2018 filed

an applications on behalf of the applicants for intervention with affidavit  which has been

registered as Interlocutory Application No. 87820 of 2018 and Application for Direction

which is unregistered D.No. 87824 of 2018 and the same are place with the Paper Books.  

It is further submitted that Mr. Gaurav Dhingra, Advocate has on 05.07.2018 filed

objections as permitted vide order dated 09.05.2018 and the same are included with the

paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Anubha Agrawal, Advocate has on 23.07.2018 filed

an application for Directions on behalf of the Applicant and the same has been registered

as Interlocutory Application D.No. 100482 of 2018 and circulated before the Hon’ble

Court.

It is further submitted that Delhi High Court has vide letter dated 03.05.2018

intimated that the following  Transferred Cases have been disposed of by the High
