“On 07.05.2018, we had requested the High

Court to hear the interlocutory application on

17.05.2018.

We are informed that the matter was adjourned

to today and again to 12.06.2018.

In view of the urgency expressed by the

learned counsel on both the sides, we request the

Chief Justice of the High Court to post the matter

before the first available vacation Bench with a

further request to dispose of the interlocutory

application, preferably on the same day.

List after summer vacation.

The petitioner is permitted to move the

vacation Bench of this Court, if required, with

notice to the other side.”

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on

23.10.2018 filed an application for producing additional documents

of Annexure A-1, which is registered as I.A. No. 152851/2018 and

the same has already been placed with the paper books.

It is further submitted that counsel for the respondent

no. 13 has on 02.11.2018 filed reply to the application for

producing additional documents of Annexure A-1 and the same has

already been placed with the paper books.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon’ble

Court with this office report.
