The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChamber on
13.01.2020 with office report dated 03.01.2020, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the
following order:
“In view of the Office Report dated 23
December 2019 four weeks’ time is granted to the
petitioner to furnish fresh particulars of the
respondent No.1 for issuance of notice.”
It is submitted that Dr. Nirmal Chopra, Advocate for petitioner has on 19.08.2019
filed an application for direction praying fresh notice to be served to the respondent no. 1
through Ld. Trial Court i.e. Ld. Principal Judge Family Court Ajmer Rajasthan alongwith
affidavit which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 124264 of 2019 and
has also on 27092019 filed application for permission to place additional document on
record alongwith application for exemption from filling official translation which have been
registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 150499 and 150500 of 2019 respectively.
Copies of the same have been placed with the paper books.
It is further submitted that Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner has on 18.02.2020 filed a
letter and has mentioned that respondent no. 1 is very much residing at the address already
given and has no other address and he has also requested Interlocutory Application Nos.
150499 and 150500 of 2019 may be listed before the Hon'ble Court for direction.
Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 1 and complete on
Respondent No. 2 as per Postal tracking report.
The office report for direction in the above mentioned matter is listed before Hon'ble
JudgeinChamber for orders.
