The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon’ble Court on

01.07.2019, when the following Order was passed:­

“Application   for   exemption   from   filing

official translation is allowed. 

Issue notice.

In   the   meantime,   there   shall   be   stay   of

further   proceedings   in   H.M.A.No.164/2019   titled

as   Anurag   Gupta   v.   Sweta   Gupta   pending   in   the

Court   of   Principal   Judge,   Family   Court,   Gautam

Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh until further orders.” 

Accordingly,   notice   to   the   sole   respondent   on   both   addresses   was   issued

through Registered A.D. post on 24.07.2019.

It is submitted that as per tracking report of postal  authority, notice has not

been delivered to the sole respondent on first address with postal remarks “Insufficien
