The matter above mentioned was listed before Ld.
Registrar’s Court on 26.09.2019, when the following order was
passed:
“Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take
fresh steps alongwith fresh and complete address
of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 within two weeks.
Dasti is requested, permitted in addition.
List again on 9.1.2020.
Later on, Ld. Advocate, Ms. Ranu Purohit,
appearing on behalf of Mr. Goutham Shivshankar,
Advocateonrecord appeared for respondent No. 1
and requested for time to file vakalatnama and
counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1.
Be filed within four weeks.”
In pursuance of Order quoted above counsel for the
petitioner has provided fresh address of respondent no 1 and
2 and fresh show cause notice has been issued to both the
respondents on 05.12.2019 through speed post.
It is submitted that unserved cover containing show cause
notice has been received back from both the respondent with
postal remarks as “Addressee left without instruction”.
Accordingly counsel for the petitioner has been informed but he
has not taken any steps so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner
has not filed proof of dasti service so far.
It is lastly submitted that no one has filed
vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no 1 so far.
Service of show cause notice is incomplete on behalf of
both the respondents.
The matter abovementioned is listed before Ld.
Registrar’s Court with this office report.
