The mattter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on

05.11.2019, when the following order was passed:­

“Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 and 2 but none has 

entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on

respondent no. 3 within in two weeks time.

List again on 30.1.2020.”

There are 03 Respondents in this matter. 

It   is   submitted   that   as   per   track   report   notice   has   been   delivered   to

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on 29.07.2019, but no one has entered appearance on

their behalf so far.((copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that as per aforesaid order, Mr. Yash Pal Dhingra,

Advocate has on 06.11.2019 filed spare copy for issuance of show cause notice on

Respondent No. 3
