“Let the Postmortem Report as well as the statement of the

Autopsy Surgeon be placed on record within three weeks from

today.

List after three weeks.

The record of the courts below be also requisitioned in the

meantime. ”

It is submitted that a certified copy of this Hon'ble Court’s above order has

been issued to the concerned authorities vide this Registry’s letter dated 15th

January, 2020.
