The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7^th

January, 2020 alongwith an office report dated 3^rd January, 2020 when the Court

was pleased to pass the following order:

“Let the Postmortem Report as well as the statement of the

Autopsy Surgeon be placed on record within three weeks from

today.

List after three weeks.

The record of the courts below be also requisitioned in the

meantime. ”

It is submitted that a certified copy of this Hon'ble Court’s above order has

been issued to the concerned authorities vide this Registry’s letter dated 15^th

January, 2020.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 22^nd January,

2020 filed an application for permission to file additional documents alongwith

Annexures P-8 to P-10 with an application for exemption from filing official

translation (in the form of paper books). The said applications have been registered

as I.A. Nos. 13583 & 13584 of 2020 respectively On scrutiny of the document, it

is found that some pages of the document are in dim impression and not readable

and this fact has been communicated to Counsel for the Petitioner vide this

Registry’s letter dated 17^th February, 2020 but Counsel has not given any response.

However. Copy of the same is circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble

Court.

It is lastly submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, original

records of the High Court and Trial Court have been received. Complete Trial

Court original records is in vernacular language. Original records of the High

Court and Trial Court are available in the Court Room for kind perusal of the

Hon'ble Court.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete.

The matter alongwith the applications above mentioned is listed before the

Hon'ble Court with this office report.
