The   matters   above   mentioned   were   listed   before   the

Hon'ble Court on 29.3.2019 when the Court was pleased to pass

the following order:

“Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 

Application   for   exemption   from   filing

certified copy of the impugned order is allowed.

Issue   notice,   returnable   in   four   weeks.  

Dasti, in addition, is permitted“  

     

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable was issued to

the   sole   Respondent   through   speed  Post.  A copy of

dasti   notice   was   also   handed   over   to   the   Counsel       for

the     petitioner     for     effecting     service     on     the

sole respondent   and   to   file   proof thereof.  

It   is   submitted   that   as   per   track   report   (Copy

enclosed)   notice   has   been   delivered       to       the       sole

Respondent       but       no       one       has       filed

Vakalatnama/appearance   on behalf sole respondent so far.

It   is   further     submitted   that     Counsel   for   the

petitioner has not filed proof of dasti service so far.

Service of Notice is  complete.

The matters above mentioned were    lastly listed before

the Registrar Court on 26.11.2019 when the following order

was passed : ­

"Service is complete upon sole respondent, but

no one has entered appearance so far. 

List the matter before the Hon’ble Court as per

rules."

The matters  above mentioned are listed before Hon'ble

Court with this office report.
