Hon'ble Court on 29.3.2019 when the Court was pleased to pass

“Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 

Application   for   exemption   from   filing

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable was issued to

the   sole   Respondent   through   speed  Post.  A copy of

dasti   notice   was   also   handed   over   to   the   Counsel       for

the     petitioner     for     effecting     service     on     the

sole respondent   and   to   file   proof thereof.
