The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon’ble

Court on 27.11.2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the

following order:

“In view of the letter circulated by the counsel for the

petitioner, the matter is adjourned by two weeks to file

affidavit of service as well as rejoinder to the counter

affidavit ”

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr.

Sunil Kumar Verma, Advocate has on 03.12.2019 filed affidavit of

dasti service with proof which shows that Respondent No. 6 has

not “accepted the notice” and in respect of Respondent No. 14

states that there is no such institution at given address an in

respect of Respondent No. 18, stated he has accepted the notice

but the proof is not matched.

It is further submitted that pursuant to above quote order,

no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Atul Babasaheb Dak, Counsel

for the respondent no. 8 has on 06.12.2019 filed fresh

vakalatnama/memo of appearance after curing the defects and Mr.

G.S. Makkar, Advocate has on 03.01.2019 filed vakalatnama/memo of

appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 but has not counter

affidavit, so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent

nos. 6, 14 and 18.

The matters above-mentioned alongwith applications are listed

before the Hon’ble Court with this report.
