on 01.08. 2019, when the following Order was passed :­

“Four weeks’ time, as last chance is given

to respondent No.1 to file counter affidavit.  

Service   is   not   complete   in   respect   of

respondent No.2. 

However, Mr. Sandeep Sudhakar Deshmukh, Ld.

Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No.

1. He seeks and is given one week’s time, as a

last chance to file vakalatnama and four weeks’

time to file counter affidavit. 

After expiry of aforesaid period, the matter

be processed for listing before the Hon’ble Court

under the rules. ”
