It is submitted for the information of the Hon’ble Court that Ms. Anushreee Prashit
Kapadia, Advocate has on 14.2.2020 filed affidavit in rejoinder of the petitioner and has on
20.2.2020 filed exemption from filing official translation in Rejonder Affidavit which has
been registered and the rejoinder affidavit and application for exemption from filing
official translation are being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court.
The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon’ble
